1. Download & Fill out the according school & program's registration form. 

2. Send a completed form to us by mail / email 

3. Once we receive your registeration form, we will send you the invoice by email 

4. Once you receive the invoice, please make a payment. There are several options for making payments:

          (1) Check / Cash (mail/drop off)

          (2) Paypal (only if you have paypal account)

          (3) Debit/credit card (with 5% processing fee)

5. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your payment.
