2. Send a completed form to us by email (

3. Once we receive your registration form, we will send you an invoice by email 

4. When you receive the invoice, please make a payment. Payment options include:

          (1) Cash/Check/ Money Order (in person/ by mail)

          (2) PayPal

          (3) Debit/credit card (with 3% processing fee)

5. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your payment.
